The Romans invaded Castell Henllys Iron Age Village on one weekend in August and it was fabulous.
They had clay lamp making, armour try on’s, a display, coin making, shoe making and all sorts of fun added on to the already fab little village setting.
All the reenactors were very knowledgeable and the boys had an absolute blast learning hands on and exploring!
Free parking, a reasonable price to get in and plenty to keep the troops busy!!
